Why we exist
We watched the same pattern repeat across dozens of companies: ambitious technology investments becoming isolated islands, systems bought then worked around, reports compiled by hand in an economy moving faster than the reporting cycle. The problem was never the technology — it was the absence of someone connecting process to system to decision. Tawasul exists to be that connection.
